On 2/15/2020, at the Rack Room Shoes located in the Gloucester Premium Outlets, while the victim was shopping with her children, she placed her bag on a bench which contained over $100 dollars worth of sneakers that she had just purchased at another business. The suspect, depicted in the photos, snatched the bag and left the store while the victim was not paying attention.
