Gloucester Township Police To Participate In Statewide “Drive Sober Or Get Pulled Over” Year End Holiday Crackdown 2020

Beginning December 4, 2020 and continuing through January 1, 2021 the Gloucester Township Police Department will be cracking down on drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs as part of the annual end of year “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” statewide campaign. GTPD will conduct marked and unmarked saturation patrols looking for motorists who may be driving while intoxicated.

Three Men Arrested After Overnight Car Burglary Spree

On Saturday, November 29th, at approximately 1:30 am, a resident from the Cherrywood Drive area contacted the Gloucester Township Police Communications Center and advised that he had observed a male in his vehicle and that the male had fled when confronted. The resident advised that the male ran to a nearby Nissan sedan that then left the area.

Media Release from the CCPO: Clayton Man Sentenced to 35 ½ Years for Role in 2017 Gloucester Township Home Invasion

Camden, N.J. – A Clayton man was sentenced to 35 ½ years in prison with 27 years of parole ineligibility for his role in a 2017 home invasion, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer.

Dante Robinson, 25, of Clayton, was found guilty in Oct. 2019 following a four-week trial for the crime.
